Top is flat but has drapery tape across the top between fabric. Drapery rings could be used or pleats could be sewn in
Custom made. Overall a very nice sewing job, with just a couple of quirks. But it looks good from the front, just a couple of tucks on the lining so it does not show below the hem of the panel

In very good condition. No tears or fading. A couple of the panels have some minor stains on the lining which does not show through
