The top 9 inches do not have the floral embroidery.
The long edges are finished with a hem, the bottom has a scalloped finish.
The sides are hemmed and the bottom hem has embroidered scalloped edges
The sheers are an ecru shade, the flowers reds and pinks and the connecting vine is green
No label, but possibly JCP Home Collection.
